These versatile, energy-efficient ovens cook, roast, rethermalize or bake a wide variety of products slowly, at low temperatures, so foods retain more of their natural flavor, nutrients and moistness-and shrinkage is minimized to produce higher yields. Institutional (IS) Series These ovens will cook at temperatures up to 350º and feature solid-state controls and can be used to rethermalize refrigerated product. These units are designed to accommodate either two 12" x 20" pans or one 18" x 26” sheet tray, per level. Models are available with capacities from five to 32 pans, including a double cabinet with two independently controlled compartments.


Value Series These ovens will cook at temperatures up to 250º and feature mechanical controls. Product can be cooked either on shelves or in pans. These units are designed to accommodate either two 12" x 20" pans or one 18" x 26 sheet tray, per level. Models are available with capacities from 16 to 32 pans, including a double cabinet with two independently controlled compartments.
